Successful surgery for an abdominal wall desmoid tumours with reconstruction to ensure complete removal and good cosmetic outcome at the same time. Abdominal wall tumours are uncommon. Usually present as painless gradually enlarging lump. Surgery with adequate margins is the mainstay of treatment.
